Our Story

Born on the Streets of Jalisco, Raised on the Road

Tacos Arandas didn't start in a restaurant. It started at a corner stall in Jalisco, where the tortillas were hand-pressed before sunrise and the salsas were made from whatever was freshest that morning.

When we brought that same spirit to Whittier, we didn't change a single thing. Every tortilla is still pressed by hand. Every batch of salsa starts from scratch. And every taco is still made like someone we love is going to eat it.

This isn't fusion. This isn't adaptation. This is the same food our family has been making for generations — served from a truck, because that's where the best conversations happen.
